This meeting was held jointly with the Rocky Mountain Conference on EPR. The meeting covered diverse topics related to magnetic resonance – all set in enchanting Québec City, with its ‘joie de vivre’, its warm people and countless culinary delights.

Bruker NMR Symposium & EPR Users' Meeting
Bruker held parallel sessions on Sunday afternoon before the opening remarks and award lectures. It was an opportunity to hear the latest news and developments, innovative methods and late-breaking announcements. Additionally, there was a Bruker Innovation Night on Monday evening after the poster session, featuring a River Cruise on the AML Louis-Jolliet. For more information, click here.

Several IES Awards will be given at the meeting. Dr. Daniella Goldfarb from the Weizmann Institute of Science will receive the IES Gold Medal and Dr. Gunnar Jeschke from ETH Zürich will receive the IES Silver Medal for Instrumentation. Dr. Jack H. Freed from Cornell Unversity and Dr. Betty J. Gaffney from Florida State University will be named IES Fellows.
The 2017 winners of the Abragam Prize prizes, sponsored by Bruker, are Dr. Loren Andreas from the
Max Plank Institute for Biophysical Chemistry in Göttingen and Dr. Björn Burmann from the University of Gothenburg.
Professor Alexander Pines from UC Berkeley is awarded the 2017 ISMAR prize, sponsored by CIL, for his many landmark contributions to magnetic resonance.
The 2017 Paul Callaghan lecture, sponsored by Magritek, will be presented by Professor Jeffrey A. Reimer from UC Berkeley.
